The practical framework to speak English confidently-without the mental translation.
With a background in military aircraft engineering, experience in aerospace academia, and over 12,000 hours of teaching, I’ve developed a practical framework that moves you past textbook rules and into real-world fluency.

My Method: The Mechanics of Fluency
Stop translating in your head. Start speaking naturally. My coaching isn't a "one-size-fits-all" textbook course. It is a flexible framework forged in high-pressure environments—from military flight lines to aerospace lecture halls—where clear, precise communication is a requirement, not an option.I don't just teach you words; I teach you the mechanics of how English actually works so you can use it as a reliable tool. Why Workshops? Connection Over ClassroomsI prioritise Group Workshops because my 8 years in the British Military taught me that the fastest growth happens through camaraderie, support, and accountability.Real-World Immersion: We bypass boring grammar drills to focus on authentic conversation and real-world scenarios.Adaptive Learning: My experience in Sales and Aerospace Academia allows me to adapt every session to your industry, whether you need technical precision or conversational flow.A Solution-Focused Mindset: My background in business and economics means I understand your professional goals. I believe every language hurdle is just a technical problem with a clear solution. The ResultYou will stop overthinking and start communicating with the impact and confidence needed for high-stakes meetings, negotiations, and everyday life.
I come from a beautifully blended family with roots spread across the globe—from Jamaica, England and Wales to America, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Belgium and Germany. Growing up, I didn’t always value traditional education, but I chose to honour my mother’s wishes. I achieved what she requested out of deep respect, so she could sit on her throne knowing she had done more than enough for our future. My journey into engineering was a lesson in total commitment. At 17, I needed my mother’s signature to join the military. She agreed, but only on the condition that she chose the career paths for me. Even though my test scores allowed me to choose anything on the list, I didn’t pick a single one; I left it entirely to her. She chose Aircraft Engineer and Pilot as the top two.I stuck it out for eight years—not just to pay off my mortgage, but to confirm my belief that I was ultimately more interested in people than things. I reached a point where I wanted to apply that same level of military precision to human potential and communication rather than aircraft. I needed a path that didn’t box me in—one with unlimited upside for growth where I could truly share my energy with others.I eventually relocated to France and, despite the challenges of starting over, I realised I had fallen in love with the life I had built here. While establishing myself, I formally transitioned into education, earning my teaching diploma and Business English certification. I now see education as a superpower—a tool that allows us to carry the weight for those who can't and empowers the next generation to solve the problems of the future. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me leaning into my passions for business, economics, property and investing. I’ve travelled to 60+ countries and lived in 6, but I still find time for the discipline of sports, whether it’s rugby, athletics or football. My 12,000+ hours of teaching are backed by the precision of an engineer and the grit of a veteran, all focused on helping you find your own voice in English.

I love meeting motivated learners, hearing feedback and collaborating with interesting people. If you have a question or a project in mind, please do drop me a line at [email protected]—I’d love to hear from you. Please Note: My schedule for both private 1:1 coaching and paid group sessions is currently at full capacity. To ensure I can still support as many learners as possible, I am currently focusing my energy on my Free Weekly Workshops. This is the best way to experience my framework, build connection with other learners and start speaking naturally while my waitlists are closed.
